ENTCO oversees the logistics of building conferences. This does not mean you give up control. We just do the legwork and heavy lifting that comes with organizing any conference.

You still deal with your management, membership/attendees, marketing and provide the conference content (agenda, speakers, activities, etc). - We create a working conference budget from the overall budget you gave us... you approve the budget before it is implemented.
- We find suitable hotels or venues and negotiate contracts... you review and sign the contracts
- If needed, we design incentive programs for key employees, salespeople or clients and interface them to the overall conference agenda
- We build an online registration site that is linked to your website... you test and approve it before it goes live.
- We support your onsite registration volunteers or provide staff if needed... volunteers are great money saver if they have supervision and direction
- During your conference we interface with the hotel/venue staff to make sure your speakers, sponsors and vendors have everything they need to successfully do their jobs
